Breaded sea bream (or branzino) with baby potatoes and vegetables

Serves 2 persons
2 breaded fillets branzino or sea bream
200g green beans
200g peas
For the potatoes:
1/2 kg of baby potatoes, cut in half
1 clove of garlic, sliced into rings
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
1 sprig of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of freshly ground pepper
For the garnish:
1 lemon, wedged
Preheat the oven to 180oC (356oF)
Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper with the rest of the ingredients and bake for 30 minutes.
Boil the green beans and peas for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
Heat the breaded fish for 8-10 minute at 180oC (356oF)
Serve with the vegetables and roasted potatoes.
Garnish with lemon wedges
